Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing custom cabinets, built-in units, and related fixtures in residential and commercial spaces. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, precision, and aesthetic appeal. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship that transforms spaces and exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise cabinet placement and alignment. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other hand tools to ensure proper fit of cabinets and fixtures. Install cabinets, countertops, trim carpentry, and related fixtures following blueprint specifications and safety standards. Use power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, and tile cutters to fabricate or modify components as needed. Perform surface preparation tasks including plastering, caulking, and stucco application to create smooth finishes before installation. Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation techniques, adherence to building codes, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, electricians, plumbers, and clients to coordinate schedules and address any on-site challenges efficiently. Experience Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry roles within construction or remodeling projects. Familiarity with construction management practices including planning, scheduling, and safety protocols. Hands-on experience with a variety of hand tools and power tools used in building material installation. Ability to work confidently at heights using ladders safely while maintaining focus on precision measurements. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during project completion.
