Job Description
Job Overview Hoot Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable, hardworking HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has residential HVAC installation experience, but we're willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn the trade and take pride in their work. The installer will assist with and complete HVAC system installations while maintaining a high standard of workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. Responsibilities Install residential heating and cooling systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards Assist with equipment changeouts, ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and related installation tasks Properly use hand and power tools and HVAC equipment Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Communicate professionally with customers and team members Troubleshoot installation issues and help ensure systems are operating properly Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Complete work efficiently while paying attention to quality and detail Continue learning and developing HVAC installation skills Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train someone who is hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.
