Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop innovative and functional cabinetry designs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all cabinetry meets Textron's standards of excellence. Continuously improve and refine cabinetry techniques and processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to coordinate project timelines and deliverables. Adhere to project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of cabinetry. Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that arise during the cabinetry production process.
