Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and motivated Cabinet Builder to join our team. Cabinet-building experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We are a small, family-owned business that values hard work, attention to detail, and exceptional craftsmanship. For over 20 years, we've proudly served our community by working closely with local home builders and delivering custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. This position involves building custom cabinets and assisting with specialty fabrication projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work, is adaptable to changing priorities, and enjoys being part of a team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Build and assemble custom cabinets, cabinet doors, and related components Assist with specialty fabrication and custom projects Operate woodworking tools and equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work with the team to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Cabinet-building, carpentry, or woodworking experience is preferred Willingness to learn and take direction Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and production needs change Excellent problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role Ability to work safely in a shop environment Valid driver's license is required
Schedule & What We Offer Monday-Thursday:
7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
Friday:
Half day to complete a 40-hour work week After successfully completing the 90-day introductory period, regular overtime opportunities may be available , allowing employees to work approximately 50-52 hours per week depending on workload, business needs, and individual availability We understand that life happens.
