We are looking for an elite, dedicated in-house installer who treats cabinetry installation as a master craft. Position Overview As an In-House Cabinet Installer, you will be the face of RiverCity Cabinets on-site, transforming luxury designs into structurally perfect, permanent architectural features. You will work with premium materials, complex configurations, and demanding site conditions that require an advanced, solution-oriented skill set.

Key Responsibilities Elite Installation:

Install ultra-high-end custom cabinetry, including traditional face-frame and contemporary European-style (frameless) systems, ensuring perfect alignment, balance, and operation.

Master Carpentry Finishes:

Perform flawless scribing, cutting, and fitting of cabinetry, crown molding, fillers, and base moldings to uneven walls and floors.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpret complex architectural blueprints, elevations, section details, and shop drawings to execute exact layout placements.

Site Preparation & Layout:

Laser-verify site dimensions, plumb, and level before beginning work to proactively identify and resolve structural discrepancies.

Client Interaction:

Maintain a clean, highly organized, and respectful workspace on luxury jobsites, communicating professionally with clients, designers, and site superintendents.

Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience installing high-end or custom residential cabinetry.

Technical Mastery:

Proven expertise in both traditional and Euro-style cabinetry architecture.

Precision Scribing:

Exceptional hand skills for scribing directly to irregular finished surfaces (plaster, stone, tile, hardwood).

Tool Proficiency:

Mastery of specialized carpentry tools, including track saws, lasers, fine-finish miter saws, and premium fastening systems. Attention to

An uncompromising eye for microscopic gaps, flush joints, reveal consistency, and hardware adjustments.

Professionalism:

Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a toolkit suited for luxury carpentry.
