We are looking for a meticulous, dedicated in-house service technician who treats fine-tuning and troubleshooting cabinetry as a master craft. Position Overview As an In-House Service & Hardware Technician, you are the final touchpoint for luxury quality control. Your role is focused on the meticulous "bump and adjust" phase of custom projects, ensuring every door, drawer, and moving component operates flawlessly. You will specialize in advanced hardware systems and punch-list resolution on luxury residential sites.

Key Responsibilities Precision Fine-Tuning:

Execute the final "bump and adjust" phase for all newly installed high-end cabinetry, achieving absolute perfection in reveals, gaps, and surface alignment.

Hardware Mastery:

Troubleshoot, install, and adjust premium organizational inserts, pull-outs, and specialty mechanisms including Häfele systems, Rev-A-Shelf units, and complex Magic Corners.

Doors & Drawers Optimization:

Align traditional and Euro-style doors, tune soft-close hinges, and calibrate undermount drawer glides for effortless, smooth operation.

Architectural Accuracy:

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and elevations to ensure all hardware and layouts match the original high-end specifications.

Scribing & Field Fixes:

Perform minor on-site carpentry corrections, including precise scribing to walls or floors and seamless modifications to trim, fillers, or panels.

Elite Client Service:

Serve as the professional face of the company during punch-list walk-throughs, communicating clearly with demanding luxury homeowners, designers, and project managers.

Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:

3+ years of experience in high-end cabinet installation, service, or custom millwork troubleshooting.

Mechanism Expertise:

Deep, hands-on familiarity with luxury hardware brands, including Häfele, Rev-A-Shelf, Blum, and other heavy-duty pull-out accessories.

Uncompromising Eye:

Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-tolerance policy for misaligned reveals, rubbing doors, or sticky tracks.

Technical Literacy:

Proven ability to accurately read complex architectural blueprints and layout configurations.

Professionalism:

Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean professional presentation for luxury homes, and a personal toolkit suited for fine-finish adjustments.
