We specialize in designing and installing high-end custom media walls, accent walls, built-in cabinetry, and other premium interior projects. This is not repetitive production work; every project is different and gives you the opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship. This position is split between customer installations and shop fabrication . Some days you'll be installing projects in customers' homes, while other days you'll be helping build projects in our warehouse before they head to installation. Responsibilities Install custom media walls, accent walls, built-in cabinetry, and other finish carpentry projects Read plans and complete installations with precision and attention to detail Assist with fabricating projects in our warehouse when needed Operate woodworking and finish carpentry tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Work closely with other team members to complete projects on schedule Represent the company professionally while working in customers' homes Qualifications Previous experience in finish carpentry, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, or similar work is required Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable using common woodworking and finish carpentry tools Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Willing to occasionally work later when projects require it Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Consistent schedule with overtime opportunities Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow Clean, organized warehouse and professional work environment High-end custom projects that allow you to take pride in your work Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who shows up on time, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely cares about quality.
