Lead Sign Designer Prince Signs is seeking an experienced Lead Sign Designer with a strong background in the sign industry. This is a leadership role for someone who is ready to lead a team, take ownership of projects, and help drive the success of our design department. Do not apply if you are not interested in leading others and taking on management responsibilities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sign industry design experience. Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator . Knowledge of sign fabrication methods, materials, and production processes. Experience designing commercial signage, including channel letters, monument signs, cabinet signs, and vinyl graphics. Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills. We are looking for a leader, not just a designer. The ideal candidate will mentor team members, maintain high design standards, and help Prince Signs continue to grow.
