Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plam Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom plastic laminate cabinets and woodwork, ensuring precision and craftsmanship meet our standards. Your expertise in woodworking, blueprint reading, safety, and construction will contribute to delivering exceptional commercial cabinetry projects. Duties Read and interpret blueprints to accurately fabricate cabinets and wood components. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking to cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry pieces. Measure and mark materials precisely to ensure proper fit and alignment during fabrication. Operate woodworking machines such as saws, sanders, drills, and routers to produce high-quality components. Perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or bulky materials during fabrication or delivery processes. Skills Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, including plastic laminate cabinet fabrication and trim carpentry. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for woodworking (e.g., saws, drills). Experience with understanding of construction site safety standards. Knowledge of wood construction materials including MDF, plywood, hardwoods, laminates; experience with woodworking machines is essential. Ability to interpret blueprint drawings accurately for precise fabrication. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance.
