The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, machining, and assembling custom stair components while maintaining a high level of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Cut, shape, and assemble stair parts and related wood components Safely operate a variety of woodworking power tools and hand tools Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Measure accurately using tape measures and other precision measuring tools Work with multiple wood species and materials Maintain quality standards and an organized work area Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately

Qualifications:

Minimum5 years of woodworking experience preferred Candidates with less experience may be considered if they can demonstrate strong woodworking skills and a willingness to learn Thorough knowledge of woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings Experience working with various species of wood Stair-building experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Must be honest, reliable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
