The ideal candidate will have cabinet installation experience, a valid driver's license, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while representing our company on job sites. Duties & Responsibilities Install custom cabinetry, trim, moldings, and related products at residential and commercial job sites. Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and installation plans. Load, unload, transport, and organize materials and tools. Inspect products before and during installation to ensure quality standards are met. Perform adjustments and minor modifications as needed during installation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Communicate professionally with customers, builders, project managers, and team members. Report job site issues, missing materials, or damage promptly. Complete after installation adjustments and service. Operate company vehicles and equipment safely. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Valid Driver's License required. Clean driving record preferred. Previous cabinet installation experience preferred. Ability to read a tape measure and use hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
