⸻ Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) ✔ Minimum 10 years experience as a professional cabinet maker ✔ Proven mastery of cabinetry construction techniques ✔ Advanced knowledge of finishing systems (lacquer, conversion varnish, stains, paint-grade, clear finishes) ✔ Deep understanding of materials: plywood, MDF, HDF, hardwoods, laminates, veneers ✔ Ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings fluently ✔ Experience supervising or leading production teams ✔ Willingness to travel (local and occasional out-of-state inspections / installations) ✔ Strong attention to detail — alignment, reveals, joints, edge treatments, finishing consistency If you do not meet these qualifications, your application will not be reviewed. ⸻ Core Responsibilities 1.
