Experience is preferred, but we're also willing to train the right person who's eager to learn the trade.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A strong interest in woodworking or carpentry Experience in casework, trim, or custom doors (a plus, but not required) Willingness to learn and work hands-on Ability to read drawings and use shop tools (or willingness to be trained) Dependability and a good attitude
