Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of closet systems, ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Install products and systems according to specifications and company standards. Utilize tools and equipment, such as power tools, to ensure proper installation and functionality. Conduct thorough inspections of installations to verify quality and workmanship. Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that arise during the process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status and any potential concerns. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience in installation work or a related field is preferred but not required. We will train you on everything needed. Familiarity with using power tools is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret plans and designs. We will also train you on this. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
