Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of installation tasks across various projects, ensuring that all building components, fixtures, and materials are properly installed according to blueprints, technical drawings, and safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope, supporting the successful completion of remodeling, renovation, and new construction projects. Duties Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute installation tasks. Install flooring with precision. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks including cutting, measuring, installing. Conduct construction inspection to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment. Follow blueprint specifications meticulously during remodeling or new construction projects. Complete dimensional measurements and fabrication tasks as required for custom installations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in construction installation or related fields such as carpentry, masonry, drywall finishing, or remodeling projects. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus. Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is preferred. Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, or fixture installation is highly desirable. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely. Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and quality control standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working at heights. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on safety compliance throughout all phases of work.
