6:00am - 3:00pm &
Friday:

What you will do:
This position works from specifications and is responsible to set up and operate power saws, joiners, planes, and other woodworking equipment to create cabinets to quality standards
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review cabinet drawings and assemble cabinets according to specifications. Plan out the sequence of cutting or shaping to be performed. Gather and assemble necessary cabinet parts by following paperwork specifications. Set up and operate machines, including power saws, shapers to cut and machine parts, as needed. Verify dimensions and check quality of parts and fit pieces to ensure adherence to specifications of cabinet during assembly process. Utilize basic hand tools. Work efficiently while paying attention to detail. Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all safety rules and contribute to a safe work environment. Participate and contribute to a "Team" environment. Other duties as assigned.
What you need:
Previous wood working experience required. Ability to learn and retain on the job training. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to read measurement tools such as a tape measure. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions in English. Ability to meet quality standards - strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to consistently meet/exceed production quotas.
