Job Description
Frontier Craftsmen Continues To Grow!!! Position Summary We are looking for a dependable Cabinet Builder / Installer to join our team. This role is focused on building and installing custom cabinetry with consistency and attention to detail. You'll work alongside a team with clear leadership and systems in place, so you can focus on doing quality work without unnecessary chaos. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in a job well done, and wants steady, reliable work in a professional shop environment. Core Responsibilities Assemble and build custom cabinetry in the shop Follow shop drawings, cut lists, and instructions Install cabinetry and millwork on residential job sites Ensure clean installs with proper fit and alignment Handle materials and tools safely and responsibly Keep your work area clean and organized Communicate with team members to keep projects moving smoothly Secondary Responsibilities Assist with shop prep and basic material handling Help load/unload jobs and prepare for installs Support small adjustments or service work when needed Qualifications High school diploma (required) Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or construction preferred Ability to read basic drawings or willingness to learn Comfortable using standard shop tools Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction Valid driver's license preferred What We're Looking For Someone who shows up ready to work Someone who takes pride in solid, clean work Someone who listens, learns, and follows through Someone who works well with a team What We Value Integrity
