PTO Summary:
This position will perform hands-on manufacturing activities involving aseptic processing, equipment operation, solution preparation, batch-record execution, environmental monitoring, and equipment assembly and disassembly.
Responsibilities:
Perform manufacturing activities using proper aseptic techniques. Execute development, GLP, and GMP batch records accurately. Prepare complex, multi-step solutions according to procedures. Assemble and disassemble manufacturing/process equipment. Operate PLC-controlled equipment and adjust set points as directed. Use basic hand tools for equipment operation. Perform in-process environmental monitoring. Participate in equipment qualification (IOQ) activities. Follow cGMP, quality, safety, and environmental procedures. Properly use required PPE and follow
SDS/MSDS
requirements. Maintain clean and organized manufacturing areas. Support equipment maintenance, calibration, and process improvements. Perform additional duties as assigned.. Qualifications Associate degree in a technical field with 0-2 years of relevant industry experience preferred. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions. General understanding of laboratory glassware. Basic understanding of system controls and data-logging software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Pharmaceutical, chemical, clean-room, GMP, or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.
