This role plays a critical part in production flow by loading machines correctly, selecting proper wash formulas, and maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the wash process.

Hours:

10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Responsibilities Operate industrial washers/extractors according to established procedures. Load sorted linens into washers according to weight capacity and classification. Select appropriate wash formulas based on linen type and soil level. Monitor wash cycles to ensure proper chemical injection, water levels, and temperatures. Inspect washed linens for cleanliness and rewash as needed. Maintain accurate production records and load counts. Ensure proper chemical handling and follow safety guidelines. Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines. Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to maintenance or supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet daily production and efficiency goals. Qualifications Prior experience operating industrial machinery or similar equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial environment Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and adhere to safety standards

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
