  • Friday | 6AM
  • 2:30 PM | $20 per hour 2nd Shift | Monday
  • Friday | 2PM
  • 10:30 PM | $22 per hour 3rd Shift | Sunday
  • Thursday | 10PM

High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or technical coursework preferred 1+ year of manufacturing or materials processing experience required; 3+ years preferred Previous experience in parts cleaning, coating, blasting, or the semiconductor industry is a major plus Knowledge of Kaizen or Lean practices is beneficial Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently Excellent verbal/written communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel) Comfortable wearing cleanroom gowning, such as frocks and hairnets Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed
What You'll Do:
Perform chemical and manual cleaning of parts using advanced processing methods Operate equipment for scrubbing, wiping, masking, blasting, etching, coating, baking, and drying Handle hazardous chemicals safely and according to all protocols Maintain organization and cleanliness of your work area through daily upkeep and 6S practices Follow SOPs, lean manufacturing procedures, and safety policies at all times Record SPC measurements and use Microsoft Word/Excel to log and track data Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities Take pride in your work with consistent task reporting and quality assurance More Than Just a Paycheck.
