Job Description
This position is for a morning shift or night shift ( Depending on production needs).
Work week:
one week 3 days scheduled, 4 days off and following week 4 days scheduled, 3 days off 12 hour shifts bringing you to 28 hours of overtime pay per pay check + opportunity for additional overtime. Night shift includes a premium of an additional $0.75 when on night shifts. - Operate chemical equipment such as reactors, filter presses, pumps, ovens, GLVs, pan filters, and pH probes
- Handle and track precious metals with accuracy and responsibility
- Follow SOPs and safety protocols in every detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively during shift handovers and team interactions
- Wear PPE including respirators and follow hazardous material procedures
- Support process areas such as Extraction, Precipitation, Purification, Rh production, PLC-controlled systems, and catalyst leaching Must-Have Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in chemical operations, industrial processing, or a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Basic understanding of chemical reactions and safety procedures
- English proficiency (spoken and written) for documentation and team communication
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, wear PPE, and work in a dynamic environment Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with hazardous waste handling and documentation
- Familiarity with Rh production, PLC controls, catalyst processing
