In this pivotal role, you will support the production process by overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Your energetic approach will help drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and uphold our commitment to excellence in chemical manufacturing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while contributing to the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist the Lead Operator in managing daily manufacturing activities, including equipment operation and process monitoring Support adherence to Lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste Handle industrial chemicals safely, following all pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and chemical handling protocols Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to facilitate materials handling and packaging operations Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), laboratory procedures, and legal standards in all production activities Participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper use of respiratory protection and safety gear Collaborate with team members on machining, packaging, and inventory management tasks to meet production targets efficiently Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing environments. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement practices Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards and CGMP guidelines Experience handling industrial chemicals safely and adhering to safety protocols such as respiratory protection measures Warehouse experience including forklift operation and materials handling skills Laboratory experience or familiarity with laboratory procedures is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork and safety compliance
