Job description We're hiring a Production Operator to support manufacturing and packaging operations in Orlando, FL, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in every task. This role directly impacts our mission of delivering clean water and safe industrial operations through hands-on production work in a day shift, Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production equipment to blend, fill, and label specialty chemical products in compliance with quality, safety, and DOT standards, ensuring accurate product identification and labeling.
  • Perform routine plant inspections, housekeeping, and equipment cleaning while maintaining organized work areas and following QEHS, HazCom, and company procedures to uphold safety protocols.
  • Complete production documentation, log sheets, and ERP records accurately, assist with inventory counts, and support troubleshooting to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements. Job benefits

  • High School Diploma or GED with a basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse operations; training provided for specialized tasks like forklift certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with QEHS, HazCom, and DOT standards in every task.
