ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead production associates to properly operate equipment from a safety, quality, and efficient perspective, while maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Adhere to safety, food safety, quality and legal compliance. Perform all work per environmental, health and safety standards. Ensure start-up/shutdown of equipment and processes. Inspect machinery for operational readiness and cleanliness. Troubleshoot machine operations with operators and maintenance. Coordinate production schedule with Supervisor. Identify proper product flow from tanks to machines. Assist in training new associates and provide break relief.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
High school diploma or GED. Knowledge of departmental operational positions and procedures. Ability to perform lockout/tagout. Ability to complete and review production paperwork. Ability to disassemble/reassemble equipment using COP/CIP processes. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
