Required Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant laboratory, chemical, process, product testing, or manufacturing-support experience.
  • Hands-on experience operating laboratory or processing equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform basic technical and quantitative calculations.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures.
SummarySeeking a hands-on Lab Technician to support laboratory testing, product and process research, technical programs, and manufacturing activities. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of laboratory experience who enjoys working with equipment, solving technical problems, and applying laboratory results to real-world manufacturing and product decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples supporting customer technical programs, product and process research, and manufacturing activities.
  • Conduct testing and property evaluations and provide accurate results to support technical and business decisions.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory and processing equipment used for routine testing and production support.
  • Assist with machine scale-up and process development activities.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, equipment logs, electronic records, and other required documentation.
  • Conduct internet and technical information searches to support troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Perform stoichiometric and other quantitative calculations using computer programs or manual calculations.
  • Follow all EHS, SOP, Responsible Care, and site safety requirements.
  • Manage multiple assignments and priorities while working with multiple technical supervisors.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, research, and other technical teams to support project objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate results to help ensure the quality of products and materials delivered to customers.
  • Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
