Onsite Role Overview BEPC is seeking an experienced Aseptic Production Technician to support our client's pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Indianapolis, IN. This is a mid-level position within an aseptic filling group responsible for manufacturing pharmaceutical products in a highly controlled cGMP environment . The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, aseptic filling experience, and previous isolator experience . This position requires the ability to independently perform manufacturing activities, follow detailed batch records and SOPs, support team training, and provide floor leadership when needed. Key Responsibilities Perform aseptic filling operations according to approved batch records and SOPs. Become certified for entry into GMP cleanroom manufacturing areas. Perform cleanroom sanitization, supply stocking and replenishment, equipment setup, and related aseptic filling activities. Operate equipment associated with aseptic filling and fill-suite manufacturing processes. Support component preparation, filling, and capping operations. Verify calibration status of manufacturing equipment before use. Sanitize materials and supplies required for production. Perform equipment cleaning, preparation, setup, and assembly according to established procedures. Follow cGMP requirements and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation. Perform assigned manufacturing activities with minimal supervisory direction. Review the manufacturing schedule and coordinate tasks to support production requirements. Provide training and guidance to new team members. Provide floor leadership when supervisors or higher-level technicians are unavailable. Transport and dispose of hazardous chemicals according to established procedures. Follow all required cleanroom, PPE, safety, and contamination-control procedures. Perform additional manufacturing responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience, including aseptic filling experience within a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Previous isolator experience required. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required. Working knowledge and understanding of cGMP/GMP compliance requirements . Knowledge and hands-on experience with aseptic filling processes. Experience with equipment cleaning, preparation, setup, and assembly. Experience with stopper preparation, capping, and packaging preferred. Ability to work within aseptic and controlled cleanroom environments while wearing required PPE. Ability to comprehend and follow detailed written and verbal procedures, batch records, and SOPs. Ability to accurately perform and verify arithmetic calculations required for production documentation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to train team members and provide floor-level leadership when required. Fluent written and verbal English skills necessary for GMP documentation and SOP compliance. Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a plus. Ability to frequently stand and perform physical activities including walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds. About
