Job description: Technician at Brazing Process 1) BRAZING로 양산 조건 설비 일상 점검 CHECK 1) Daily inspection of brazing furnace for mass production conditions 2) 일일 BRAZING 예상 수량 및 생산실적 입력 2) Input the daily brazing Estimated quantity and production performance 3) 일일, 주간, 월간, 년간 설비 점검 및 정비 진행 3) Facility inspection and maintenance by daily, weekly, monthly and annually 4) 작업표준에 따라 BRAZING로 양산조건 관리 4) Management of mass brazing production condition according to the working standard 5) 예열로 5 ZONE, 가열로 8 ZONE

BRAZING HEATER

온도조건 관리 5) Management of brazing heat temperature for the preheat 5 zone and braze heat 8 zone 6) 예열로 5 ZONE, 가열로 8 ZONE

BRAZING HEARTH ROLLER

구동상태 점검관리 6) Check and management for the Preheating 5 zone and heating 8 zone's operation status 7) 예열로, 서냉실, 충격 냉각실 R/C FAN, 냉각 FAN 구동 상태 점검관리 7) Check and management of R/C fan and Cooling fan at preheating room, slow cooling room, impact cooling room. 8) 질소 내부 PURGING 상태, 외부에서 유입 압력, 산소 PPM 상태 점검 및 관리 8) Check and management at nitrogen internal purging, external inlet pressure and oxygen PPM status 9)

CONTROLLER

및 산소 PPM 관리 점검 9) Check and management for the controller and oxygen PPM. 10) 냉각수 CHILLER 순환상태 점검 10) Check for the recirculation of chiller water 11) BRAZING로 전반적 운영 11) The general management of brazing product and brazing condition 12) 외부 질소 TANK에서 공장으로 들어오는 GAS 압력, 개-폐

VALVE, GAS LEAK

여부, 가스 저장량 현황 CHECK 및 보고 12) Check and report for the incoming gas pressure, gas open-closing valve, gas leak and storage amount of nitrogen gas tank 13) Spare Parts 사용 기록 관리 및 정규 오버홀 참여 기록관리 13) Management of spare parts usage and regular overhaul participation 14) Brazing 품 양품 불량 판별 Test 참여 및 분석 14) Test and Analysis for the defect discrimination of brazing product
