Job Description

As a Process Technician, you operate equipment to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. We Offer Set Schedules :
Fixed 12-hour shift assignments on days or nights with a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off. This equates to two 3-day weekends off every month!

Our food-grade facility is exceptionally clean & climate-controlled! You Will Operate a variety of top-of-the-line extrusion & blow-molding manufacturing equipment in a clean, safe & climate-controlled environment Monitor equipment, making adjustments to settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to produce high-quality rigid plastic containers Troubleshoot equipment & perform routine preventative maintenance Assure Plastipak customer requirements are met by performing quality checks for specifications, such as bottle weights & dimensions You Have High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. One (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing environment. Certification or Secondary Education in Industrial, Electrical, Robotic, Mechanical, or Automotive Technology. Or, a combination of relevant work experience and education that demonstrates basic mechanical aptitude and an ability to perform the essential functions and duties of the position.
