Medical, DentalVision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Discounts What You'll Do In this role, you'll help ensure our cannabis products are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Daily tasks may include:
Hand trimming and machine trimming cannabis flower Assisting with dry and cure processes Weighing, sorting, and preparing product for processing Processing and disposing of green waste Monitoring product quality and identifying concerns Maintaining accurate records and inventory documentation Cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment and workspaces Assisting with batch preparation and workflow organization Reporting equipment issues or maintenance concerns Supporting team goals and production schedules Teamwork, attention to detail, and consistency are important parts of this role. What We're Looking For You do not need prior cannabis experience to apply. We're looking for dependable individuals who are willing to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment.Ideal Candidates Are:
