Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Employee shall be responsible for the daily operation of the wastewater treatment process, ongoing regenerations and permit compliance. Primary Responsibility In Tank Regenerations Wastewater Treatment - Physical/Chemical Precipitation Filter Press Operation and maintenance Wastewater Metals Analysis (Lab) Responsible for Water discharge Compliance Chemical Inventory Control (Bulk and Drum) Process improvement Secondary Responsibility Bulk Resin Regeneration General Plant Maintenance Loading and Unloading Trucks All other tasks as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years Industrial Chemical operating experience or chemistry degree Valid driver's license with no outstanding issues Shift Flexibility Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to operate a forklift Must be able to use hand tools work environment Required to work in a standing position to complete the daily work and work in a wet and damp environment some time in the laboratory.
