Merlin Mold & Mfg., Inc., is booming and needs to add experienced and knowledgeable Process Technicians to our team of hard-working individuals. If you're motivated to take charge of your career, this is the place for you. Role Responsibilities Effectively process out any quality defects that may result from a number of machine issues. Work closely and respectfully with Quality Assurance to ensure all plastic injection products meet customer requirements and specifications. When not processing, assisting molding technicians with set up or change overs. Assisting in break coverage for Machine Operators. Ability to effectively communicate with Management, Engineering, and Quality staff regarding process adjustments. Understand Arburg components, control panels, and blueprints.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 3-5 years progressive hands on experience with thermo and fluid dynamic processing. Ability to process independently or with a team. 3-5 years experience processing critically designed products in defense, medical, & transportation preferred.

Pay:

$25.63 - $30.87 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 - 60.0 per week
