ESM North in Rochester is seeking a PEM/Countersink Operator to perform basic production operations. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience and be comfortable working with production equipment and hand tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment to perform PEM and countersinking operations Load and unload parts from equipment Follow work instructions and production requirements Inspect parts for quality and proper completion Perform basic measurements and visual inspections as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Perform other related production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience required Ability to learn and operate production equipment Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Total Compensation Package:
