Shift:
2:30PM
  • 11PM, Monday
  • Friday, Occasional Overtime The Production Operator I is responsible for operating equipment and affiliated processes—including preparing raw materials and packaging, unloading, packing, and labeling—in compliance with legal and company standards.
Primary Responsibilities Prepare raw materials and packaging: identify and prepare correct quantities, transport to production area, report deviations, and record process start/finish. Operate processing equipment according to process instructions and procedures. Monitor equipment to maintain desired run rates. Perform initial testing and release of products to ensure compliance with specifications. Verify labels and packaging materials; ensure correct labeling per company standards. Package final products according to H.B. Fuller quality standards. Maintain compliance with all Quality Standards, Operating Procedures, and EHS rules. Maintain housekeeping in assigned area. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager/Supervisor. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED. Basic knowledge of MS Office. Ability to read and understand work orders, production processes, safety regulations, and quality procedures. Availability to work shifts. 1 year of experience in an industrial environment. Basic English comprehension. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, stretch, stoop, and bend. Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift up to 100 lbs with assistance. Exposure to normal chemical environment conditions (temperature, dust, smell, noise).
