We are looking for an Extrusion Process Technician to join our clients growing team in Wadsworth, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment who wants to take on a more technical role supporting extrusion production processes. You'll work closely with leadership, identify process improvements, and play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and quality.

2:00 PM•10:00 PM (Monday-Friday) 3rd
Shift:
10:00 PM•6:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Start up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion production equipment Monitor production lines and identify issues before they impact manufacturing Perform mechanical troubleshooting on extrusion systems and supporting equipment Analyze recurring production challenges and provide root cause recommendations Support hot runner systems, chillers, thermolators, automated paper wrappers, cutters, and packaging equipment Work alongside production and leadership teams to improve productivity and efficiency Ensure equipment operates safely and effectively throughout the production process
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment Experience with production line startups and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production setting Minimum Qualifications Experience with plastic extrusion equipment Knowledge of manufacturing automation systems Understanding of production processes and continuous improvement initiatives Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and procedures Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Weekly Pay Direct Deposit Additional benefits available upon permanent hire Why Apply?
