Shift :
Nights 2, Thu-Sat and alt Wed, 6pm-6am Required Skills Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently Excellent time ‑ management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast ‑ paced environment Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong critical ‑ thinking and problem ‑ solving abilities, especially when working on complex issues in a high ‑ volume production facility Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing processes Familiarity with basic SPC concepts, methods, and terminology Preferred Skills Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials Wafer fabrication experience or familiarity with semiconductor processing and cleanroom experience Description of Job Sustain the EPI and Implant modules by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots, troubleshooting process issues, and providing manufacturing support in a semiconductor cleanroom Monitor production line health by reviewing and responding to SPC ‑ based process trends Identify root causes of process deviations and implement effective corrective actions Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process control, yield, and cost efficiency Write, revise, and maintain technical specifications and procedures Lead training and developing colleagues
Education Required:
High school diploma or
GED Preferred:
2 ‑ year or 4 ‑ year degree in a technical discipline For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce
  • Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State
  • Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position

3rd Shift/Nights The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $28 to $35. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
