4-day/10-hour schedules as staffing ramps up Responsibilities Work in a clean room environment Safely handle and transfer chemicals Label, inspect, package, and prepare drums Follow strict safety, quality, and contamination-control procedures Wear PPE (including clean room attire and respirators as required) Support production operations in a chemical manufacturing plant Learn specialized processes supporting semiconductor and AI industries What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, semiconductor, clean room, or related fields Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures Interest in working in clean room/chemical-processing environments Willingness to learn and advance in a specialized manufacturing role Transferable skills and eagerness to learn are welcome! Personality, reliability, safety awareness, and leadership potential are highly valued. Requirements Must have a High School Diploma or GED Background check, drug test, and medical physical required Consistent and recent employment history (no large gaps) 5-6 years of general employment preferred Minimum 1 year's experience in relevant environments (manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, etc.) Interest in overtime opportunities Understanding of North Portland location and shift structure (current and upcoming) Awareness of PPE required and nature of the work Ready to Apply?
