  • 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM +
  • Swing Shift:
  • 2:00 PM
  • 10:30 PM (+$1.00/hr Differential) +
  • Night Shift:
  • 10:00 PM
  • 6:30 AM (+$2.00/hr Differential)
  • Overtime opportunities available and may be required based on business needs. Weekend overtime may be necessary as production schedules and operational demands increase.

  • What You'll Do
  • Production Operations
  • + Prepare, inspect, label, package, and fill chemical drums + Operate pallet jacks and overhead cranes (training and certification provided) + Set up, calibrate, and operate production equipment + Monitor processes and maintain accurate inventory and production records + Perform routine cleaning and preparation of containers and equipment
  • Team & Shift Support
  • + Participate in daily shift handoff and team meetings + Follow work assignments and established operating procedures + Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area + Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals
  • Safety & Quality
  • + Follow established safety procedures and quality standards at all times + Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators and cleanroom attire, for extended periods throughout the workday + Identify and report safety or quality concerns immediately + Participate in ongoing safety training and continuous improvement initiatives + Support adherence to cleanroom protocols and manufacturing standards •What We're Looking For•Required Qualifications•+ High School Diploma or GED + Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions + Basic math skills and calculator proficiency + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety + Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift + Ability and willingness to wear required PPE, including respirators and cleanroom garments, for extended periods of time \#cb #p1 #p2 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
