Contract Overview A hands-on production operator supporting a 24/7 regulated operation, responsible for running equipment, maintaining GMP documentation, and safely handling chemicals/hazardous materials while keeping production on schedule and audit-ready. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes. Follow GMP and FDA procedures and maintain accurate documentation. Troubleshoot process issues and escalate maintenance concerns when necessary. Safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials while following PPE requirements. Maintain production schedules and ensure areas remain audit-ready. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of production experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing; food manufacturing experience is also acceptable. Experience working in GMP or FDA-regulated environments and understanding their role within the manufacturing process. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with examples from previous roles. Comfortable working around hazardous materials and wearing PPE at all times.
