Job Description
Overview We are hiring Chemical Operators to support production at our Fountain Inn facility. This role involves operating process equipment, handling raw materials, monitoring batch reactions, and maintaining a safe working environment. Full training provided for candidates with manufacturing experience. What You Will Do Operate reactors, mixers, pumps, filtration systems, and related equipment Measure, weigh, and add raw materials according to batch instructions Monitor temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and reaction progress Complete in‑process quality checks and record production data Safely handle chemicals, transfers, and packaging Maintain housekeeping standards and assist with equipment cleaning Follow all safety, environmental, and PPE requirements Report issues to supervisors and support continuous production Requirements Manufacturing or chemical processing experience preferred Ability to read batch sheets, SOPs, and safety documentation Comfortable working with chemicals and required PPE Strong attention to detail and safety focus Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Willing to work assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) Benefits Pay range: $21-$25 per hour Multiple shift options available Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO) Stable, long‑term career opportunity Training and advancement into Lead or Technician roles
