Key responsibilities include:

Operating reactors, pumps, tanks, and related production equipment Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as needed Weighing and charging raw materials into production vessels Transferring products between tanks, vessels, and containers Reading and recording process data from instruments and control systems Completing production documentation and batch records Following GMP, OSHA, and company safety procedures Supporting troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives Operating forklifts and material handling equipment Maintaining clean and organized work areas Working closely with engineers, chemists, and production personnel Qualifications We're looking for individuals who thrive in hands-on industrial environments and take pride in working safely and efficiently.

Preferred experience:

High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing, production, chemical processing, or industrial experience Experience working with pumps, reactors, tanks, or process equipment preferred Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to follow procedures and document work accurately Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour day/night schedule Training is available for candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.
