$18.50-21.28 Job Description The Production Technician works in a controlled cleanroom environment to manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). You will follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings to ensure products meet strict quality and consistency standards. This role suits someone who pays close attention to detail, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting . Responsibilities Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in a cleanroom environment while adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and technical drawings to complete production tasks accurately and consistently. Perform production, assembly line, and general warehouse-related tasks as needed to support daily operations. Operate hand tools and equipment safely and correctly during assembly and packaging activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with cleanroom and GMP standards. Use basic computer systems to complete required training modules and document work as instructed. Follow all gowning, PPE, and chemical hygiene requirements, including proper handling of disinfectants, solvents, and IPA. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Identify and communicate issues or deviations to supervisors or leads, supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement. Consistently follow detailed procedures and instructions to maintain product quality and process integrity. Essential Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment and follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Basic computer skills to complete training modules and access work-related documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support troubleshooting and process adherence. Good verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with team members. Ability to follow detailed procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and technical drawings accurately. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift and perform repetitive motions. Capability to frequently grip, grasp, push, pull, and handle materials as part of production and assembly tasks. Ability to occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1 year of production experience (preferred but not required). Backgrund in production, assembly, warehouse work, or order picking is beneficial. Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with specific gowning and hygiene requirements. Familiarity with using PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene practices, including handling disinfectants, solvents, and IPA. Work Environment You will work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours per day, with possible overtime based on production needs. The cleanroom maintains more than 30% humidity, with temperatures typically between 6070°F and ambient noise levels consistent with a manufacturing setting. You will wear required gowning and personal protective equipment, including gloves, hair and beard nets as applicable, face cover, and safety glasses. The dress code prohibits makeup and jewelry in the cleanroom to maintain product and process integrity. The role involves frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion, as well as standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift. You will use hand tools and production equipment regularly and handle chemicals such as disinfectants, solvents, and IPA while following chemical hygiene and safety procedures. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
