Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment and process controls Perform start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting Complete sampling, batch records, logs, and required documentation Follow safety, environmental, quality, and operating procedures Maintain housekeeping standards and support equipment readiness Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, quality, and EHS teams Participate in emergency response and required training activities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Strong mechanical aptitude required Chemical plant or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
