Job Description
Smith Personnel is seeking motivated and hardworking Bilingual Production Operators to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of general labor tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our production facility
Location:
Arlington, TX 76010Pay Rate :
$18 or more depending on experienceShifts :
7am till 6:30pm and 8am till 5pm Your duties may include, but are not limited to, material handling, equipment operation, cleaning and maintenance, and providing support to our skilled production staff.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the production area and equipment in good working order
- Support production staff by providing additional hands-on assistance as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a general labor or manufacturing role is preferred
- Previous experience in LTL, FTL and BOL's
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekend shifts
- English/Spanish speaking a plus
