!! What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you'll be directly involved in chemical production and responsible for maintaining safe, efficient operations. Perform mixing, batching, and material handling Operate and monitor production equipment Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safety and quality Identify and report process issues or safety concerns Handle, label, and transport raw materials and finished products Maintain accurate production and safety documentation Support safety programs, audits, and continuous improvement Keep work areas clean and organized (5S) Process Safety (PSM) Environment This facility operates under Process Safety Management (PSM) standards.

You will be expected to:

Follow strict operating procedures at all times Understand chemical hazards and safe handling practices Follow safety systems such as Lockout/Tagout and permit procedures Recognize the importance of process safety, not just personal safety Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of chemical manufacturing or chemical handling experience Experience in industrial or production environments with strong safety standards Basic computer skills Ability to read and follow safety procedures in English Willingness to work a shift schedule Strong attention to detail and safety Preferred Experience PSM-regulated facility experience (chemical plant, refinery, petrochemical, etc.) 2+ years of chemical production, mixing, or batching Experience with: SOPs Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Management of Change (MOC) Process hazard awareness (PHA / HAZOP) Experience with resins, adhesives, or solvents Physical & Work Environment Standing, walking, climbing stairs throughout shift Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs with assistance) Exposure to industrial conditions (heat, noise, odors, chemicals) Apply Today If you have chemical manufacturing experience and are comfortable working in a safety-focused environment, we want to hear from you. , then text your name + "PSM" to (832) 934-8419 to connect with our team right away!
