Qualified Staffing is recruiting Chemical Operators for a manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA. This role supports chemical production processes by operating equipment, monitoring system conditions, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and accurately. This is a hands-on role in a physical environment. What You'll Do Measure and prepare raw materials for chemical processing and blending Operate pumps, tanks, filters, and processing systems Monitor temperature, pressure, and system conditions Adjust equipment settings to maintain quality and efficiency Load and unload materials safely Complete production paperwork and maintain records Work with quality and production teams Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of manufacturing or chemical experience preferred Forklift experience preferred (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license required Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in physical and chemical environments Ability to multitask Strong teamwork and willingness to learn Additional Benefits Pay increase after 90 days $500 sign-on bonus Why Work With Qualified Staffing?
