Set up, operate, and monitor equipment used for producing and packaging products. Measure, weigh, mix, and process chemical ingredients following established procedures to create finished products. Monitor batches for quality and food safety parameters, including Critical Control Points and Control Points. Record production, sanitation and test data accurately and legibly. Draw samples of products for quality tests. Fill containers with chemical products for sale or internal use. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas according to company procedures. Participate in cycle counts on a batch-by-batch basis. Loading and unloading trucks and bulk tankers
Production Operator Job Requirements:
Must be able to lift 60 pounds repetitively. Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders repetitively.
