Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a CNC Lathe/Mill Operator to join their team. As a CNC Lathe/Mill Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting precision engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Set up and operate CNC and manual lathe machines to produce parts as per engineering drawings. Load raw materials and tooling into machines and monitor operations for accuracy and efficiency. Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure product quality. What's Needed? Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role. Strong understanding of machining processes and blueprint reading. Familiarity with quality control standards and precision measuring instruments. Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols. What's in it for me?
