CNC Operator or Welders Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $18.00 to $22.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm) Join our team as a Temporary CNC Operator, or as a welder contributing to our manufacturing operations within a dynamic warehouse environment. Perform Various Welding processes including Mig, Tig and Stick on various components and materials We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to set up, operate, and maintain Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery. This role offers a consistent full-time schedule with opportunities for additional hours, ensuring the production of high-quality components. Possession of own steel-toe work boots
CNC Operator or Welders Qualifications:
Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) according to specifications, ensuring proper tooling, programs, and material handling. Read and accurately interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations, sequences, and dimensional tolerances. Load raw materials and blanks into CNC machines and unload finished or semi-finished parts. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions and adherence to quality standards. Monitor machine performance and operations, detecting malfunctions, material inconsistencies, and tool wear, and making necessary adjustments or notifying supervisors. Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal operation and longevity of equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures. Proven experience operating CNC machinery.
