2 Job Summary We are hiring 2 experienced and highly reliable CNC Mill Setup/Operators to join a precision manufacturing team in Chandler, AZ. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC machinist who is comfortable working in a job shop environment and has hands-on experience setting up and operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC Vertical Milling Centers using Fanuc controls. Edit and optimize CNC programs to improve machine efficiency and production. Read and interpret complex technical drawings, including GD&T and sectional views. Perform accurate measurements using micrometers, calipers, height gages, and other precision measuring tools. Perform First Article and in-process inspections to ensure quality specifications are met. Operate manual equipment such as knee mills and drill presses as needed. Identify and address machining or quality issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Qualifications 3-5 years of CNC milling setup and operation experience, preferably in a job shop environment. Hands-on experience with Fanuc controls. Ability to set up and operate CNC milling equipment with minimal supervision. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T. Experience using precision measurement tools. Mastercam experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is preferred. Work Environment Clean, professional precision manufacturing environment. Heated and air-conditioned facility.
