You review travelers and blueprints, check tooling, and bring parts to spec with meticulous care. In our clean, organized, safety-first shop, you're the pro others count on to turn complex requirements into flawless components. By the time 1:15 AM arrives, you've moved quality work down the line—and pushed continuous improvement forward. Role Snapshot (Level 2/3) Operate CNC milling machines following established procedures and safety standards Interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions to produce parts to spec Load/unload raw material and finished components efficiently Perform basic setups and communicate tooling needs Inspect, measure, and document production and quality data Keep a clean, organized work area and complete required documentation Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas for process improvement What You Bring 5+ years of CNC mill operation and setup experience (Level 2/3 proficiency) High school diploma or GED Working knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Clear communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and a strong work ethic Technical Strengths Equipment troubleshooting CNC tooling CNC programming Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs Comfort working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust Why You'll Like Working Here Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (after 60 days) 401(k) Plan 9 Paid Holidays Competitive pay + overtime opportunities Career advancement and long‑term growth Supportive team that values craftsmanship Ready to Build What's Next?
